This is not a local event but it is significant.  The Annual City Skies
Festival is being held this weekend, Friday and Saturday, April 29 and
30 at Kavarna in Decatur, Georgia near Atlanta.  Local Lehigh Valley
electronic music duo Twyndyllyngs is slated to perform on Saturday
