MUNICIPAL BAND OF ALLENTOWN http://municipalband.org ======================================================================= The next concert by the Municipal Band of Allentown will be at Northampton Area High School as part of the 65th Annual Festival of Bands. On Sunday, April 30, 2:30 pm, we will play our first concert of the year. We will play as part of the 100-member band comprised of musicians from the four Allentown bands; The Allentown Band, The Pioneer Band, the Marine Band, and, of course, the Municipal Band of Allentown. The four bands combine to highlight music in our community and to raise awareness of the needs of children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This year, the concert's theme is Broadway Show Stoppers. Admission is FREE. Please visit the band website for the schedule as well as maps and directions to all events.
