The route starts at the Allentown Fairgrounds and the band I'm in will be at the front of the line. I'll give more details as they become available. SONIC ROCK ORCHESTRA: http://soundscapes.us/sro ======================================================================= You heard me play Classic and Progressive Rock covers in ShadowPlay from 1992 to 1999. Then you heard me do it all again in Pulse from 2005 to 2010. The third time's a charm! ;-) Now you can hear me do it in Sonic Rock Orchestra. Our debut concert was last year. The six piece band played tribute quality covers of mega progressive rock blocks including Pink Floyd, Steely Dan, Moody Blues, Jethro Tull, and lots more. We are back again this year to do it again and more... If you missed our debut, then you won't want to miss us on Saturday, October 29, at our Halloween concert. Come on out to the Beethoven Waldheim in Hellertown, PA. There will be music from 9:00 pm until midnight with a break for a costume contest. It is Beethoven Waldheim's big Halloween bash and they needed a band. So we're going to give them a top notch show. You can wear a costume or not; your choice. There is a $5 cover for non-members. It's a pretty simple deal and will be a fun night for sure! Please forward this to your friends who you think may want to attend ** PLEASE RSVP BY REPLYING TO THIS EMAIL SO WE HAVE A ROUGH HEAD COUNT. ** It is not necessary to RSVP for attendance, but it will help us set up the room to accommodate for the number of people expected to attend. MUNICIPAL BAND OF ALLENTOWN http://municipalband.org ======================================================================= The band's 2016 summer series of free concerts is over.
