morning. Tune in for a delightful mix of eclectic musical genres
including a healthy dose of Progressive Rock. Tune in at 91.7 FM or on

COMING THIS WEEK:
RED: http://redacoustic.com
=======================================================================
It has been a while since there were any RED gigs at Bear Creek, and it
makes them sad. THIS FRIDAY all of that will change. Sort of. Karl will
play a solo show in the Grille from 8:00 to 11:00 (Friday, April 16th).
Chris and Ian are unavailable, so Karl's on his own. But that means he
gets to play a TON of new songs by the likes of Phil Collins, Rainbow,
Bougeois Tagg, Jack's Mannequin, James Taylor, Billy Joel, and more. If
a large number of the fabulous RED regulars come out to Bear Creek this
Friday, Management may see the error of thier ways and make Red the
house band again. So...cancel all of your other plans and come out to
the Grille for some great food, yummy drinks and a musical adventure.
To whet your appetite for the return of RED, here are some videos from
their last show at Valentino's in Kutztown:

The next full RED gig will be at Valentino's on April 30th.
COMING SOON:
THOUGHT RADIO: http://soundscapes.us/amfm
=======================================================================
My next stint on Thought Radio, the Saturday edition of The AM/FM Show
will be Saturday, April 10 at 6 am EDT/UTC-4. I will continue the
special on Sequences Electronic Music Magazine's sampler CDs in Phase
One.
I host the show every other week. When I am at the helm, the show
features electronic, ambient, and spacemusic at the beginning, an
eclectic mix of genres in the middle, and winds up with Progressive
Rock.
Tune in at 91.7 FM or on the internet at

Announcing the grand reopening of the Soundscapes Concert Series.
Saturday, April 24, Soundscapes begins anew at the Nazareth Center for
the Arts featuring local electronic musicians having international

perform a set and then perform together for a short, improvised
encore. Doors open at 7:30 pm and the concert is at 8:00 pm. There is
a suggested donation of $10 to support the musicians and to enable the
Nazareth Center for the Arts to pay operating expenses. The NCA is

191 on the southwest corner of Belvidere Street and South Spruce
Street. Check the NCA site for parking information.

On Saturday, July 10, Pulse plays for the first time at Grumpy's
Bar-B-Que Roadhouse. Grumpy's has a great BBQ menu and a cozy, smoke
free atmosphere.
PULSE plays at the level of a tribute band without specializing on any
one band. This is no mean feat! This high caliber Classic Rock band
plays the music of Steely Dan, Santana, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Moody
Blues, Jethro Tull, Blues Brothers, Beatles, and other top shelf
groups. The group includes Greg Van Allen (guitars and vocals), Rod
Gilkeson (vocals), Bob Ashmore (Keyboards), Bill Fox (bass and vocals),
and Billy Fenstermacher (drums and vocals).
Having a party? Hire Pulse to play and your friends will talk about
your party for months to come.
