Afterglow airs from 8:00 am to 9:30 am every Thursday morning. Tune in
for a delightful mix of eclectic musical genres including a healthy
dose of Progressive Rock. Tune in at 91.7 FM or on the internet at:

Tonight at 11 pm on Galactic Travels, I'll begin a month-long Special
Focus on Robert Rich who will play at NEARfest at the end of the month.
The Featured CD at Midnight will be "Atlas Dei" by Robert Rich on
Soundscape Records. The Vinyl Starter will be from the LP "Computer
Don't Break Down" by Don Slepian on Don and Judy Records and released
in 1981. For details, see the Special Focus page at:

Galactic Travels is an electronic, ambient, and space music show that
airs each Thursday at 11:04 pm on WDIY 88.1 FM, Allentown and
Bethlehem, 93.9 FM in Easton and Phillipsburg, 93.7 FM in Fogelsville
and Trexlertown, on the internet, and in High Definition Radio at 88.1

I will tackle an extra shift from 2:00 to 5:00 pm playing the best in
contemporary Progressive Rock. Tune in at 91.7 FM or on the internet

Friday, June 8th, RED will be playing at Bear Creek once again. The
difference is that CHRIS WON'T BE THERE! Yup... It's Karl's first
solo gig in a few years. No Red, no Pinnacle, just Karl. He learned
some new songs (cool cool ones by Bruce Cockburn, Don Henley and Sean
Penn) and re-learned a bunch of old songs. All he needs now is an
audience. That's where you come in! The fun starts at 8:30, as usual.
See for details.

At 11 pm, I'll be doing my fourth radio program of the week, filling in
on the Late Night Alternative show. I dare say that Progressive Rock
will certainly be an alternative from what usually gets played at WDIY!

Pulse will next be playing on June 9 at Club 316. EVERYONE MUST COME
to hear the entire set of Pink Floyd capped off with the Beatles Abbey
Road Medley! See you there at 8:00 pm SHARP!

Pulse will hit Quakertown for the first time on Thursday, June 21, at
Montana West for Bike Night. It'll be a blast!

PULSE plays at the level of a tribute band without specializing on any
one band. This is no mean feat! This high caliber Classic Rock band
plays the music of Steely Dan, Santana, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Moody
Blues, Jethro Tull, Blues Brothers, Beatles, and other top shelf
groups. The group includes Greg Van Allen (guitars and vocals), Rod
Gilkeson (vocals), Bob Ashmore (Keyboards), Bill Fox (bass and vocals),
and Billy Fenstermacher (drums and vocals).

Please plan to join the band this summer for free outdoor concerts.
The first concert on May 20 at West Park in Allentown was rained out.
The replacement date is July 1.

Meanwhile, the next date on the schedule will be on June 10 at Emmaus
Community park. Show time is an early 6:00 pm. But there is a food
vendor stand handy or you make a picnic basket. Either way, the band
has a great line up of music to play for your listening pleasure. Two
days later, MBoA will be at Allentown's West Park, June 12, at 7:30 pm.

My next stint on the AM/FM Show will be Saturday, June 16 at 6:00 am.
I will continue the special on E-dition Electronic Music Magazine's
sampler CDs.

Tune in to WMUH Allentown at 91.7 FM, broadcasting from the campus of
Muhlenberg College. I alternate hosting the show with Bruce. When I
am at the helm, the show features electronic, ambient, and spacemusic
at the beginning, an eclectic mix of genres in the middle, and winds
up with Progressive Rock. WMUH's web site is

Pinnacle will be playing a benefit concert on July 7 (07/07/07). Stay
tuned for detail on the H.O.P.E. Concert featuring music from 3:00 pm
to 10:00 pm.

Reactions to Meld, our latest CD, is overwhelmingly great! We think

Meld is now at iTunes! If you have iTunes on your computer, go to:

Read the latest Meld review atProGGnosis:

"[Pinnacle] are able to competently infuse their obvious influences
with a good degree of originality..."
- MJBrady

WLVR, WDIY, and WMUH are already playing tracks from Meld as well as
many internet radio stations!!!!!

Meld was mastered at Star City Recording by Carl Cadden James (of
InsideOut recording group Shadow Gallery) under the supervision of
legendary producer Jeff Glixman (Kansas, Yngwie Malmsteen). The cover
art was done by Martin Kornick who has done covers for Emerson, Lake &
Palmer, Transatlantic, and the mighty Spock's Beard.

Our first CD of five original tunes and one extra bonus surprise (after
all this time, is it still a surprise?) is available at our website and
at CD Baby! You can also see any member of the band to buy your very
own copy of our first release called "A Man's Reach..." We had fun
putting it together and still love the results. Check it out at
